However, by submitting User Content, you grant quasarium.top a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and transmit that User Content solely for the purpose of providing and operating the specific Tool you are using. We do not claim ownership of the output generated by the Tools for you.

5. Limitation of Liability

Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it. The aggregate liability of quasarium.top for any and all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount of one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100.00). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

quasarium.top makes no warranty that (i) the Service will meet your requirements; (ii) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate, reliable, or complete; or (iv) the quality of any tools, services, information, or other material obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectations.

Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Service is done at your own discretion and risk. You are solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download or use of any such material.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless quasarium.top, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the Service's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from quasarium.top.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
